Nope. This site is a non-gambling site. Our entire concept is to make poker games available without players putting anything at risk. You don't need to deposit to play. You don't need to deposit to withdraw. In fact, we do not allow players to deposit or pay us fees, ever. |

This site is supported by sponsors and partners, who provide the funding for prizes and in some cases specific gifts for players, in return for brand exposure. |

Wired Ducks places sponsor's logos and information in the poker room in an unobtrusive manner, intended to inform players without interfering with game play or enjoyment. |
| 4) Do I have to pay to have any awards sent to me? |

For some rewards, shipping and handling may be included in the number of Duck Dollars changed as the purchase price. However, players will never be asked to pay for prizes with anything other than the Duck Dollars, which are won on free games. |
| 5) Can I pay in cash (check, charge, etc) the difference between the number of Duck Dollars I have in my account and the price of an award I wish to claim? |

No. We have set up our system so that we never accept money from players. Players must earn an entire award through play on the site. |
| 6) What is "Upgraded Membership"? |
|
Upgraded Membership is offered to players who provide demographic information beyond what is required to open a Wired Ducks account. This information helps us provide better statistics to our sponsors as well as allowing us to attempt to focus the sponsors a given player sees on the table to the topics that the player is interested in receiving. |
| 7) What are the benefits of "Upgraded Membership"? |

The most obvious benefit is that upgraded members will get some perks not available to other members, including certain tournaments that will only be available to upgraded members. Additionally, the sponsors that will appear on a given player's table may be affected by that player's demographic choices. So if a player states he is interested in land based casinos and not in women's fashion, he will be more likely to see sponsor information about the former than the latter. While we will not always be able to display players' favorite topics, the chances increase with honest information. |
| 8) How will Demographic Information gathered from me be used? |

We use information from players to (1) report statistics in aggregate to our sponsors and (2) to attempt to match sponsors' messages with players' interests. We NEVER give out a player's specific demographic information to third parties. Thus, while we would, for instance, tell a sponsor that X% of the players attending a tournament had a college education or Y% rated their interest in international travel a 4 or 5 on a 5 point scale, we would not provide specific information about any given player. |
| 9) Will Duck Dollars expire if I do not spend them within a set period of time? |
|
So long as you log in and play at least one hand every year, your Duck Dollars will never expire. Players' accounts are deleted and all Duck Dollars forfeit if a player does not log in for an entire year (365 days). Once an account is deleted for being inactive for a year, customer service will not be able to re-open the account or retrieve any forfeited Duck Dollars. |
| 10) Do I need to be a US Citizen to play at Wired Ducks? |

All poker players are welcome to join this site. Please note, there may occasionally be games set up solely for players from certain geographic regions. Also, some prizes may only be available to players with mailing addresses within the United States. However, monetary prizes have no such restriction. |
| 11) Why should I trust that money I win at Wired Ducks will be secure until I make a withdrawal, or that large prize winnings, such as seats at major live tournaments will be honored. |

Wired Ducks is owned by Free Market Gaming, Inc., a Nevada corporation. Unlike on-line gaming sites set up as off-shore corporations, we are in the United States and are available and liable for our actions. All player earned funds are kept separate from operational accounts and are constantly available for payout as requested, pursuant to the payout terms. |
| 12) Is there an age requirement to play on this site? |

Players must be eighteen (18) years old to register at Wired Ducks, or the age of majority in the player's jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Additionally, any event sponsored by an alcohol manufacturer can only be attended by players at least twenty-one (21) years of age. |
| 13) Can I get into more games by paying a monthly membership fee? |

No. Wired Ducks is not set up to ever take any money from our players. Period. We are not going to lure players into our site with a promise of real cash payouts, only to have the primary prizes given to players who pay us money. That is not free poker. This site is completely free to all participants.
We do offer upgrades and bonuses to players willing to provide optional demographic information, as it allows us to provide better targeted sponsorship of our tables and better information to our sponsors. However, this costs nothing. Also, your personal demographic information is never shared outside of this site, except to tell sponsors general statistical information (i.e. 80% of the players in this tournament had an interest in music downloads of 4 or more on a 5 point scale). |
